Flipkart acquires D2C SaaS platform ANS Commerce

<p>Flipkart, a Walmart-owned e-tailer, announced the acquisition of ANS Commerce, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, for an unknown sum. The transaction is still pending and is scheduled to close in the second half of 2022, subject to "customary closing conditions." The ANS has more than 100 clients, as per the company, and it will continue to function as an independent business under its current leadership team.</p>
