Following India's raid on Vivo, China warns of chilling effects on business

<p>China's embassy in India, following raids on Vivo offices earlier this week, issued a statement criticising Indian authorities for conducting "frequent investigations" into local subsidiaries of Chinese companies and warning that such action "impedes the improvement of the business environment" in India and "chills the confidence and willingness" of other foreign businesses to invest and operate in the South Asian market.</p>
