Ford India's manufacturing plant to be bought by Tata Motors for $91M

<p>Ford Motor Company&#39;s production facility in the western state of Gujarat will be purchased by Tata Motors for 7.26B rupees ($91.5M). The deal between Ford India and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, a division of the Indian manufacturer, covers all relevant workers as well as land and assets.
