Google agrees on a milestone deal with German media

<p>Google said that it has agreed on a deal with a number of German media outlets to pay them for using their content online. These media outlets included German newspapers Zeit, Handelsblatt and Tagesspiegel, weekly magazines Spiegel, WirtschaftsWoche and Manager Magazin and others. In a statement, the managing director of Spiegel Stefan Ottlitz said the two parties had found a "mutually beneficial solution". The details of the deal are yet to be disclosed.<br />
