Google Employees who work from home could be facing a pay cut

<p>Google Employees, according to a company pay calculator seen by Reuters, who commute to work from long distances or shift to less expensive localities to WFH could face up to 10% pay cut. &quot;Our compensation packages have always been determined by location, and we always pay at the top of the local market based on where an employee works from,&quot; a Google spokesperson stated. The pay will thus differ from city to city and state to state.</p>
