Google Launches Direct Online Sales of Pixel Devices in India via Official Store

Google has commenced direct online sales of its Pixel devices—including smartphones, watches, and earbuds—in India through its official Google Store, marking a strategic shift to enhance its retail presence. This move precedes the anticipated launch of Google's first physical retail stores in the country, aiming to emulate Apple's successful retail model. Currently, Apple leads India's premium smartphone market with a 55% share, while Google's Pixel holds a 2% share.
