Google to fire employees flouting vaccination rules

<p>Google told employees that if they did not follow its COVID-19 vaccination rules, they would lose pay and eventually be fired, CNBC reported. Employees had until Dec 3 to declare their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination or apply for a medical or religious exemption. The company postponed its return-to-office plans indefinitely earlier this month due to concerns about the Omicron variant.<br />
