Government plans to fund 100 startups to offer translation services
<p>The government is planning to fund 100 startups to use its artificial-intelligence driven language platform to offer translation services in many languages of the country. The Ministry of Electronics and IT has started working on this programme, called the natural languages and translation mission. The ultimate aim is to offer speech-to-speech translation services and expand it to different regional languages, said a senior official in a statement.</p>
