HCL sets up first development centre in Sri Lanka

<p>India’s IT services major HCL Technologies has set up its first development centre in Sri Lanka. This move, as the Sri Lankan Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa said, is an asset for the island country and will create significant opportunities for the youth. Apart from providing jobs, HCL will also implement Work Integration Education Program to train the local talent pool jointly with local information and communication technology and engineering institutions.</p>
