HCLTech Partners with US Firm Just Energy to Boost GenAI-Powered Operations
HCL Technologies has announced a partnership with U.S.-based Just Energy to enhance operations and customer service using its generative-AI-driven digital process outsourcing platform. The deal spans IT, finance, analytics, customer care, sales, and renewals, leveraging HCLTech’s AI Force, digitalCOLLEAGUE, and Toscona tools. This marks its second energy sector tie-up this week—following a cloud and AI agreement with E.ON—and has placed HCLTech’s shares in focus among investors.
