He’s Still Mark Zuckerberg—Lawyer Sues Meta Over Repeated Account Bans
Indiana bankruptcy lawyer Mark S. Zuckerberg has filed a lawsuit against Meta, claiming his Facebook business profile has been disabled five times over eight years for allegedly impersonating the tech CEO—despite being his real name. He’s paid over $11,000 in ad costs, only for Meta to suspend his account. The lawsuit, filed in Marion Superior Court, accuses Meta of negligence and breach of contract.
