HPE Crushes Q3 Estimates on AI-Server & Networking Boom
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) delivered a strong Q3, posting $9.14 billion in revenue—well above the $8.53 billion Wall Street estimate—driven by booming demand for AI-optimized servers (powered by NVIDIA GPUs) and networking products. Server revenue rose 16% to $4.9 billion; networking jumped 54% to $1.7 billion. The recently closed $14 billion Juniper Networks acquisition boosted networking growth.
