HSBC Faces Penalty For Inaccurate Open Banking information, UK's CMA Issues Warning

<p>UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) warned HSBC for providing inaccurate information about its Open Banking service. The regulator found that HSBC had given incorrect information about the service to customers, which may have led them to make wrong decisions about their banking. The bank has been given a deadline to address the issues and could face penalties if it fails to do so.<br />
