Huawei revenue takes 29% hit in first half of 2021

<p>Huawei reported a 29.4% decline in sales up till June 2021. Compared to the 454 bn yuan revenue in the H1 of 2020, it only reported 320 bn yuan in H1 2021. This represented a steep decline in sales with only the Enterprise unit having an 18% growth. The carrier business unit suffered a 14% decline, while consumers witnessed a 13.7% south. Rotating Chair Eric Xu stated that the decline was expected, and the company’s focus will be on sustainable growth.</p>
