Hybrid work model to stay relevant in 2022

<p>A Nasscom survey said that 70% of IT firms are trying to make hybrid work models effective. 66% of respondents reported higher work satisfaction while WFH. Some tweaks in this work model are expected in 2022 to get the best out of it. Business and operations' rapid digital transformation paved the way for a successful hybrid work environment. Since the implementation, companies have witnessed high productivity, savings in rental and transportation services.<br />
