If Co goes Bankrupt, Creditors Won't Be Allowed to Sell Spectrum.

<p>The proposed telecom bill has clarified the issues of spectrum ownership for businesses going through insolvency proceedings and the regulation of OTT communication services, as per the analysts. Additionally, the bill implies that the value of spectrum cannot be sold by creditors in accordance with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code and that spectrum ownership will remain with the government.</p>
