Infogain acquires cloud, IoT Solutions provider software firm Silicus

<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Silicon Valley-based IT services firm Infogain Corporation has acquired Houston &ndash; based software firm Silicus Technologies to scale its service offerings in cloud and IoT. The acquisition will expand the Infogain&rsquo;s capabilities to deliver digital transformation services and come up as a leading digital innovator in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Silicus&rsquo;s employees will join the Infogain, bringing the employee count close to 5,000 post-acquisition.</span></span></span></p>
