Infosys to acquire Simplus in $250 million deal

<p>Infosys announced that it will acquire Salesforce Platinum Partners in the US and Australia -- Simplus at price of USD 250 mn. Simplus had revenue of $ 67.1 mn in FY ending January 31, 2020. The acquisition will position Infosys as an end-to-end Salesforce enterprise cloud solutions and services provider, offering clients unparalleled capabilities for cloud-first digital transformation. The acquisition will complete by end of Q4 of the 2020 FY.</p>
