Instamart’s Growth Driven by Strategic Assortment & Consumer Insights

Swiggy’s quick commerce arm Instamart has expanded its market share through its own strategies — not because rivals slowed down, says CEO Sriharsha Majety. The growth is attributed to deep consumer understanding, festive product assortments, and leveraging revised GST rates. Ahead of its first festive-season sale from Sept 19-28, Instamart plans to push 50,000 non-grocery items at discounts up to 90%.
