Instamart’s Growth Driven by Strategic Assortment & Consumer Insights
Swiggys quick commerce arm Instamart has expanded its market share through its own strategiesnot because rivals slowed down, says CEO Sriharsha Majety. The growth is attributed to deep consumer understanding, festive product assortments, and leveraging revised GST rates. Ahead of its first festive-season sale from Sept 19-28, Instamart plans to push 50,000 non-grocery items at discounts up to 90%.
