ITC acquires 10% stake in Blupin Technologies for Rs 40 cr

<p>Blupin Technologies has sold ITC 400 equity shares and 2,980 compulsorily convertible cumulative participating preference shares. The deal cost a total of Rs 39.34 crore. Mylo is a full-stack community eco-system focusing on young families' parenting journeys. It provides a diverse and relevant selection of material, health tools, dialogues, and community sharing features to meet the needs of its users.</p>
