JP Morgan acquires Renovite Technologies to boost payment platform

<p>Renovite Technologies has entered into an agreement to be acquired by JP Morgan. Renovite will join JP Morgan Payments, which integrates the company's corporate treasury services, trade finance, card, and merchant services capabilities, after the transaction closes. It will assist JP Morgan Payments grow its merchant acquiring platform and advance the company's payments modernization strategy as a result of the strategic acquisition.</p>
