Kaynes Invests ₹4,995 Crore to Build Advanced Electronic Components Hub in Tamil Nadu

Kaynes Circuits India plans to invest ₹4,995 crore in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu to build a cutting-edge facility producing 74-layer PCBs, HDI and flexible PCBs, high-performance laminates, camera module assemblies, and wire harnesses. The project marks the state’s first major PCB manufacturing investment, expected to create roughly 4,700 jobs and anchor a new electronics cluster near VinFast’s EV plant, supporting India’s drive for domestic component self-reliance.
