LinkedIn Chief says India witness increase in hiring

<p>India has seen a resurgence in hiring, with a 42% increase since June, as lockdown is slowly eased in the country. India was a global labor market, said Daniel Shapero, LinkedIn's Chief Operating Officer, and the increase in hiring points towards a return to economic stability. Tech fields such as AI and cybersecurity saw a demand for Indian talent. LinkedIn now has 76 mn members, an increase of 20 mn in the last 3 years.</p>
