Lodha Developers to Invest $11 Billion in India's Largest Data Centre Park
Real estate giant Lodha Developers has committed an additional $11 billion to build a massive 2.5-gigawatt data centre park in Maharashtra. Announced at the 2026 World Economic Forum in Davos, this expansion brings their total investment to $15.5 billion. The project, set to be India's largest, has already attracted tech giants like Amazon.
