L&T Consolidates Tech Ambitions: Transfers Data Centre & Cloud Business to Vyoma.AI for ₹1,400 Crore

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is transferring its data centre and cloud services business to its newly formed, wholly-owned subsidiary, Vyoma.AI, in a ₹1,400 crore slump sale. Additionally, L&T is divesting its entire stake in L&T Network Services to Vyoma for ₹30 crore. Settled via equity shares, this strategic move consolidates L&T’s digital infrastructure focus and is expected to close by October 31, 2026.
