Microsoft acquires Minit to grow automation offerings

<p>Microsoft has acquired the process mining technology vendor, Minit for an undisclosed amount. MIcrosoft’s General Manager for process insights, Justin Graham said that Minit enables businesses to transform and help them analyze and optimise their processes. He added through this acquisition, their customers will better understand process data, get a picture of how operations look like in reality and drive process standardization and improvement across the firm.</p>
