Microsoft Commits $10 Billion to Portuguese AI Data Hub
Microsoft announced a massive $10 billion investment to build an advanced AI data center in Sines, Portugal. This major European project, a partnership with Start Campus and Nscale, will deploy 12,600 next-generation Nvidia GPUs. The goal is to strengthen Europe's AI infrastructure and leverage Sines' strategic location as a subsea cable hub for global connectivity.
