Microsoft creates new Android division for better integration with Windows

<p>Microsoft is apparently planning to merge its Android efforts into a single division, paving the path for even closer integration between Google's mobile operating system and its own Windows platform. Surface Duo OS, SwiftKey, Phone Link, and numerous more Android teams will be moved to a new company dubbed 'Android Microsoft Platform and Experiences,' supervised by Chief Product Officer Panos Panay, according to Windows Central.<br />
