Microsoft Planning to Acquire a 4% Share in the London Stock Exchange
<p>As part of a cloud services agreement with the exchange, Microsoft has agreed to purchase a 4% interest in the London Stock Exchange. The share, which will be included in a 10-year agreement to assist with cloud services and data analytics, is estimated to be worth roughly $2 billion. The exchange will make use of Microsoft Teams, Azure, and other Microsoft 365 services.</p>
