Microsoft plans to drop non-compete clauses in US employee contracts

<p> </p> <p>Microsoft declared that it will stop enforcing non-compete clauses for employees in the United States. The company also plans to audit its workplace policies with the help of a third-party civil rights organisation that would publish its independent report. These policies signify the inclusion of receptiveness regarding employees in the tech sector. The tech giant last week said it would not resist unionization efforts in the tech sector. </p>
