Microsoft soothes market fears with double-digit revenue growth forecast

<p>Demand for cloud computing services, which also caused shares of Microsoft to rise by 5%, is expected to fuel revenue growth this fiscal year by double digits. Microsoft's fourth-quarter profits came in slightly below estimates due to slower PC sales and decreased advertising spending. Microsoft still had its best quarter for its cloud division with record bookings for its cloud service called Azure.</p>
