Microsoft's Q3 2025 Earnings Surge on Cloud and AI Growth

Microsoft reported robust financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, with revenue increasing 13% year-over-year to $70.1 billion and net income rising 18% to $25.8 billion. The company's Intelligent Cloud segment generated $26.8 billion in revenue, marking a 21% increase, while Azure cloud services saw a 33% growth, driven in part by AI-related demand. These strong performances led to a 7% rise in Microsoft's share price in after-hours trading.
