Elon Musk’s SpaceX has officially opened pre-orders for its Starlink satellite internet service in Vietnam, marking its sixth market expansion in Southeast Asia. Enabled by a special five-year pilot framework running through 2030, the service allows up to 600,000 subscribers, with residential monthly plans starting at 1.13 million dong ($43) plus hardware fees to bridge connectivity gaps in remote regions.
