Nadella says failed TikTok deal was the strangest he's worked on

<p>TikTok had been ordered by the Trump administration to separate its US operations from Chinese parent, following which Microsoft had begun discussions to acquire in August before the deal collapsed in September. "It was unbelievable", said Nadella stating that it was TikTok who approached Microsoft for the deal. Nadella also stated that TikTok's interest was in Microsoft's tools for content moderation and child safety.</p>
