Need to create strong engagement for employees in hybrid work environment

<p>Companies must work to strengthen employee engagement to retain talent as the hybrid world environment continues, according to Wipro Chairman Rishad Premji. Speaking at the Microsoft Future Ready event, Premji said employees need to connect to foster a sense of belonging with their organizations. With such a large percentage of the workforce connecting with the company remotely, the company must foster engagement.</p>
