NTT DC REIT Debuts in Singapore’s Largest Data Centre IPO in Eight Years
NTT DC REIT raised $773 million in its July 14 IPO—the largest data centre-focused REIT listing on the Singapore Exchange since 2017. The trust manages six data centres across the U.S., Austria, and Singapore valued at ~$1.6 billion. Shares opened at $1.03 before settling at the $1.00 offer price. Singapore’s sovereign fund GIC holds 9.8%, and NTT Ltd sponsors with a 25% stake. The listing signals renewed investor interest in Asia‑Pacific data‑centre assets.
