Number of Accenture employees in India rises to 3L

<p>Accenture today employs at least 3L people in India, out of a global workforce of almost 7L. No other multinational IT services company has such a strong presence in India. Accenture CEO Julie Sweet said in a video after meeting with finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman in the US last week "We are very fortunate to have great talent and an amazing group of 3L people in India, and we truly appreciate the government's focus on making India a great place to do business."</p>
