Federal H-1B visa data shows that AI chip giant Nvidia pays some of the highest salaries in tech. Software engineers can earn up to $391,000 (₹3.7 crore), research scientists up to $356,500 (₹3.4 crore), and product managers up to $379,500. Director-level roles can command as much as $488,750 (₹4.6 crore) in base pay alone, excluding stock awards and bonuses. The figures highlight the fierce global competition for AI talent.
