Ola all set to acquire Avail Finance

<p>Ola announced that they have reached an agreement to acquire the fintech platform, Avail Finance. While the details are not public yet, Avail Finance has raised about $38.5M in total and was valued at $86M. Both companies have common investors like Matrix Partners and the deal is seeking approval from the shareholders. Ola said that this acquisition will improve its position in credit groups, such as Ola's driver-partner ecosystem, which includes blue-collar workers. </p>
