LLP, has flagged a “material weakness” in internal controls at its main operating subsidiary, Ola Electric Technologies—responsible for most of the firm’s revenue. The issue centers on the absence of a proper system for physically verifying scooters at stores and distribution centers, potentially skewing inventory reporting and cost calculations.
