Ontario Teachers’ show green flag on transacts to Mahindra for renewables in India
<p>Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board set forth a strategic partnership with Mahindra Group in order to enable Mahindra to build a renewable energy business for which the latter is to receive ₹1,300 crores. The partnership is to give Ontario Teachers’ the acquisition of 30% shareholding of Mahindra Susten and to capitalize on the renewable energy market in India.<br />
