Ltd., an MSP and SD-WAN provider, for ₹5.75 crore and investing in Athena IT & Telecom Solutions and AIT Internet Services, totaling ₹7.71 crore. This move enhances its cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity portfolio, adding recurring revenue and last-mile capabilities.
