Palo Alto Forecasts Surge on AI-Powered Cybersecurity Demand

Palo Alto Networks projected fiscal 2026 revenue of $10.48–10.53 billion and adjusted EPS of $3.75–3.85—surpassing analysts’ expectations—boosted by surging demand for its AI-enhanced cybersecurity tools like Cortex Cloud and Prisma AIRS. The bullish outlook, coupled with its planned $25 billion CyberArk acquisition, drove shares up nearly 5% in after-hours trading. The company also announced the retirement of founder CTO Nir Zuk, with longtime product leader Lee Klarich stepping into the role.
