PB Fintech Invests ₹539 Crore in Healthcare Subsidiary, Dilutes Stake to 32.14%
PB Fintech has invested ₹539.4 crore in its health subsidiary, PB Healthcare Services, marking the first tranche of a ₹1,461.6 crore seed funding round. This investment, along with external contributions, reduces PB Fintech’s stake in the subsidiary to 32.14%. The funds will support the establishment of hospitals with 1,000 beds and focus on managed healthcare services for Policybazaar policyholders.
