PE Investments in Indian Enterprise SaaS Soar 66% to $1.38B
Private equity (PE) investments in India's enterprise SaaS sector surged to $1.38 billion in the first seven months of 2025, marking a 66% year-on-year increase compared to the entire 2024, which saw only $833 million in funding, according to Venture Intelligence data. The sharp rise is driven by investor confidence in profitable, high-annual recurring revenue SaaS firms such as Impetus Technologies, Innovaccer, WhatFix, and Capillary Technologies.
