PhonePe and Google Pay Lead India's UPI Ecosystem
PhonePe and Google Pay maintained their dominance in India's Unified Payments Interface (UPI) ecosystem, processing over 15 billion transactions collectively. PhonePe continued to lead with a substantial share, while Google Pay held the second position. Other players like Paytm, Navi, and CRED also contributed to the growth, reflecting the expanding adoption of digital payments across the nation.
