PhysicsWallah Files ₹3,820 Cr IPO, Founders to Sell Shares

Edtech unicorn PhysicsWallah has submitted an updated draft red herring prospectus with SEBI, targeting a ₹3,820 crore IPO. The funding plan includes a fresh equity raise of ₹3,100 crore and an offer-for-sale by co-founders Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari, who will each offload shares worth ₹3,600 crore. The move marks a major milestone for India’s post-Byju’s edtech comeback.
