Pine Labs IPO Seeks $2.9 Billion Valuation, Halving Previous Round

Digital payments firm Pine Labs is targeting a pre-money valuation of approximately $2.9 billion for its upcoming Rs 3,900 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO). This valuation is nearly 40% lower than the $5 billion it achieved in its last private funding round in 2022. The IPO, which opens November 7, includes a fresh issue of Rs 2,080 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS).
