Prosus Acquires 10% Stake in Ixigo Parent for ₹1,295 Crore to Fuel Expansion
Le Travenues Technology, the parent company of Ixigo, has agreed to sell a 10% stake to Dutch investment firm Prosus for ₹1,295 crore. The deal involves the sale of over 4.62 crore shares at ₹280 each, a 10% discount to the previous day's closing price. The proceeds will be utilized to fund the company's growth and working capital needs.
