Pune's Zensor buys US-based data firm M3bi

<p>Pune-based Zensor will acquire US data firm M3bi to expand its presence in the digital space and acquire American clientele. &nbsp;It will pay $ 33 by 2024 to complete the acquisition, subject to regulatory clearance. The acquisition will help Zensor to five key years including -- advanced engineering, data engineering, SaaS, AI, and ML said CEO Ajay S Bhutoria. Further, M3bi will add some fortune 500 companies as Zensor clients.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
